We start from your application, not from the catalogue: machine, material, throughput and current blade life. From that we derive grade, heat treatment and geometry — and we'll also tell you when the cheaper part is the right one for your case.
Wear tells a story: chipping, washout, plastic deformation. We read the pattern, adjust material and edge geometry, and follow the next deployment — until the lifetime is right.
Not every worn part is scrap. Hard-facing with wear-resistant consumables can regenerate edges and extend service life — at a fraction of the cost of a new part.
